Let's start with the number six.
My basis of understanding rests upon the premise that when a number is used by God it's meaning never varies in it's fundamental use.
Thus, if the number six symbolizes or speaks of man, then every use of the number six standing alone will in some way point toward man as an individual.
Ten symbolizes man's grasp of the world. That which he sets his hands to do. Therefore, machines and technology is also referred to since they are mere extensions of the will of man to work his work upon the earth.
So sixty is man increased in power by his ability to do.
Example: Nebuchadnezzars's image rested upon a pillar sixty cubits high. This therefore speaks of the power to lift a man up in the eyes of the world. The base of the pillar was foursquare (the world) and measured six cubits by six cubits (the world bounded by the measure of a single 'man' [one world government: under the antichrist]. The pillar being foursquare meaning that in this case the lifting up of a man is accomplished in all the world by the self same man.
Ten fingers: represent man's power to manipulate the world around him.
Ten kings: represent the division of all the world into ten zones that are each one manipulated, controlled, and ruled by a king. Ten being appropriate since the ten kings are mere extensions of the will of the one king (antichrist).
Six waterpots: meaning that every individual on earth is as a waterpot. They must be cleansed, willed with the word (water) completely (leaving no room for anything else), and once that is done the Holy Ghost turns each individual into a new man (new wine) that expresses the fruitfulness of God.
Six days: means that man is allowed to work for six days and then must rest from his labor of flesh.
One thousand: The cube of ten. Thus symbolizing the total power of man to do his own will.
One hundred: the square (the world) of ten. Thus, the power of man into all the world.
Example: When answering God concerning the search for the promised crusher of his head, and God's implication that Job might be him, Satan defined his detailed search throughout all the earth as, to and fro, and up and down. Again we see four is used to define the realm of man's existence on earth.
So, we can by this means examine the use of the number six and realize that our understanding is correct because there isn't any contradiction to it's true meaning and at the same time we can also grow in the depth of it's meaning and application.
That is: six always refers to man as an individual. Keep in mind however, that a society can be as one man, as can a nation, kingdom; excetra. That is when it is used with reference to a nation it is describing that nation as one man: unity of will and purpose.
Thus the beast can be a man and a kingdom. And the kingdom can be all the world.
Six multiplied by ten (power to do) will always symbolize the power (grasp, ability to manipulate, influence) of an individual extended into the world.
Thus Goliath (antichrist: big mouth, giant) spearhead weighed sixty and so symbolizes the increase of his power into the world beyond his immediate grasp. A spear is a machine formed by a man's ten fingers (God's machine that allows man manipulative powers.
the thing to note hear is this. If I'm wrong then you should easily find uses of the number six that don't refer to man.
The numbering of the people as in the book of numbers I except since it's function there isn't implied as being anything other that a actual census. But, the fact that the Pharoah sent 600 chariots after the Israelites symbolizes the extension of Pharoah (antichrist) via chariots (machines) into the wider world.

So this is where my thoughts are today guys ok?
666
man, man, man
me, me, me
I, I, I
666 = I,I,I me me,me
Not in a bad way mind you just that the beast is in me, satan is in me, the false prophet is in me.
Jesus destroys the beast, kicks satans butt, and teaches me truth, by freeing me from demons.
It's all about me LOLOL
I don't know, just thoughts going through my mind today
